Edwin Rivera is facing charges of child abandonment and endangering the welfare of a child, after he allegedly left his two-year-old daughter in a stroller on the sidewalk on First Avenue and 62nd Street yesterday afternoon.

The girl was taken to the hospital to be checked out, but officials say she appeared to be in good condition.
