Police released another surveillance video Friday of the man they have linked to three sexual assaults in Upper Manhattan over the past month.
Authorities say it was taken following the most recent incident that happened August 18 at 158th Street and Riverside Drive.
They say the man followed a 69-year-old woman into an elevator where he raped and robbed her.
Police say he attacked a woman in another elevator at West 144th Street and Convent Avenue on August 10.
A third attack happened in an alleyway at West 148th Street and Broadway on August 1.
Police say the man is in his 30s, 5-feet-9-inches to 6-feet tall with a medium build.
Police Commissioner Ray Kelly is reminding women to be careful when they are out very late, especially since one of the victims was followed from a 24-hour store around 4 a.m.
"I would urge women to be particularly aware and alert when they frequent 24-hour shopping locations. We've seen this in the past, where people are lurking outside and following the women from the locations."
Women who live in the area of the attacks say they have been more vigilant and scared for their safety.
"It is really scary because the unpredictability of it and not knowing where he's going to strike next is a bit unsettling," said one local.
"I have pepper spray on my keychain," said another. "I think my dog will let me know before I'm aware that [an attacker's] behind me. And I have something else that I'm not supposed to carry, but I carry it. That's basically it."
Anyone with information on the suspect should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
