A Bronx man has pleaded not guilty to charges of public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to a woman on the subway.
The victim captured an image of Kevin Bishop on her cell phone and gave it to police.
She says she took the picture last Friday after he began exhibiting lewd behavior on the Number 3 train.
Police say two officers recognized him from a wanted poster as he entered a subway station at 163rd Street in Manhattan yesterday afternoon.
