A Bronx man faces charges of public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself to a woman on the subway.
Authorities say the woman took a picture of Kevin Bishop with her cell phone camera last Friday after she says he began exhibiting lewd behavior on the 3 train.
Police say two officers recognized him from a wanted poster as he entered a subway station at 163rd Street in Manhattan Thursday afternoon.
The woman says she tried to report the incident to the police, but a uniformed officer told her it was not a police matter and to call 311.
Internal Affairs Bureau investigators have identified that officer and plan to interview her Friday.
