Four teenagers were charged in the beating death of a man in Flushing, Queens today.

Keron Wiltshire, Jay-Quell Merkerson and Bryce Newton are facing criminal possession charges.

The fourth teen is a minor and will be tried in family court.

Two other teens are already facing murder charges.

Prosecutors say on Saturday morning, 17-year-old Chris Levy from Harlem and 16-year-old Cory Azor of East Elmhurst got into the car of David Kao, seen above, and beat and choked the man to death.

Kao's body was found in an alleyway later that day.

Levy and Azor also face robbery charges as well as criminal possession of stolen property. They could get up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

Sources say the teens wanted to go joy-riding in Kao's car.

Kao was an account executive for a Chinese language newspaper.

The 49-year-old was sleeping in his car when he was attacked.
