Only drivers with license plates that end in an odd number or a letter can fill up on gas today. Mayor Bloomberg announced yesterday an emergency order to establish an odd-even license plate system for gasoline and diesel purchases to reduce wait times and lines at gas stations in the five boroughs. This measure began this morning at 6am.
