Queens Subway Shoving Suspect To Be Arraigned
The Queens woman accused of shoving a man to his death in front of a subway train is set to be arraigned today. The arraignment for Erika Menendez was postponed for a month as defense attorneys contested a ruling that she is fit for trial.
