The New York Daily News, in partnership with a network of 150 religious institutions, housing and tenant groups, will host the first of three mayoral forums tonight. Six candidates have committed to participate: Council Speaker Christine Quinn, Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, Controller John Liu and former Controller Bill Thompson, (Democrats), and former MTA Chairman Joe Lhota and businessman Tom Allon (Republicans).
