Bloomberg Announces Winner Of 'Micro-Unit' Apartment Design
Mayor Bloomberg is set to announce the winner today of a contest to design a "micro-unit," the new tiny apartments for the young single set. The new closet-like flats will be just 275 to 300 square feet and get a special waiver from zoning rules.
