Residents Rally Against Narrowing Of Pelham Parkway South
Citizens of Pelham Parkway South hold rally and attend hearing on the narrowing of Pelham Parkway South by the city. The community is concerned that the road is too narrow and FDNY trucks are not able to turn onto the street.
