Testimony continues today at a hearing to determine if the Colorado theater shooting suspect should stand trial. Lawyers for James Holmes are expected to present an insanity defense as they have previously stated that their client is mentally ill. Detectives testified yesterday that Holmes spent more than two months planning his attack on a midnight screening of "The Dark Knight Returns.''
