Suspicious New Yorkers may want to avoid Times Square, as a flatbed truck delivered on Wednesday a giant number "13" for the area's New Year's Eve sign.

The seven-feet tall "2013" sign will light up atop One Times Square to announce the new year, once the iconic New Year's ball drops.

The number includes 32,000 high-power LEDs. They use only 9 watts each, compared to the 40 watts that the previous halogen bulbs used.

Thirteen multicultural good-luck charms were included with the delivery to guard against any bad luck.

The charms and the number will be on display at the Times Square Museum and Visitor Center through next Wednesday.
