Heat And Hot Water Returned To All Affected NYCHA Buildings
According to NYCHA, all power, heat and hot water have been returned to 100% of buildings affected by Hurricane Sandy. However some residents in the impacted buildings may experience service disruptions as generators are disconnected and buildings are re-connected to utility power.
