Sandy Federal Emergency Head Start Program Opens In Staten Island
The SI Mental Health Society will be opening a post Sandy Federal Emergency Head Start program at the Berry Houses on Staten Island today. The program will serve 57 preschool kids. 19 of the families are currently homeless and living in shelters.
