Many Still Without Heat, Hot Water And Elevators In NYCHA Buildings
The power is back in NYCHA buildings, but elevators are still out of service and some individual apartments don't have power, heat or hot water. NYCHA said temporary boilers are being installed and all heat and hot water should be back "in one or two days.”
