This afternoon oral argument are expected for Xing Wu Pan & Jia Hou, also known as Oliver Pan and Jenny Hou. They are charged with engaging in a fraudulent scheme that involved the use of straw donors to funnel large, illegal campaign contributions to the John Liu campaign for Citywide elective office in 2013.
