Funeral For Officer Who Died During Hurricane Sandy
Funeral will be held today on Staten Island for off-duty Police Officer Artur Kasprzak, 28, who was killed during Hurricane Sandy after shepherding his family to relative safety inside his home, he returned to the basement of his house where he died.
