A British court is expected to decide today whether an extremist cleric and other suspects will be extradited to the United States to face terror charges. Lawyers for Abu Hamza al-Masri say he's suffering from clinical depression, an inability to concentrate and short-term memory loss. Al-Masri is accused of helping set up a terror training camp in Oregon.
