Public Advocate Holds Oversight Hearing On Water Bill Hike
During an oversight hearing today led by city Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, City Council members, business executives and homeowners are discussing complaints from over 500 residents about increases in water bills following the installation of automated meter readers.
