The trial of an off-duty NYPD police officer accused of raping a school teacher in upper Manhattan has gone to a jury. In closing arguments Thursday, prosecutors cited evidence of semen on the victim's underwear to counter defense claims that Michael Pena never managed to have intercourse during the assault.
