Newly released surveillance video shows jurors what happened moments before a woman was allegedly raped by a city police officer.

Two officers are seen escorting the alleged victim into her East Village apartment building in December 2008.

Officers Kenneth Moreno, 41, and Franklin Mata, 27, are seen in the video leaving the apartment and then return for a second time.

Prosecutors say Moreno entered the apartment to commit the alleged attack, while Mata acted as a look-out.

At one point, Mata even looks directly into the camera.

Prosecutors contend the woman was too drunk to consent to sex.

The defense says she was inebriated but not incapacitated.
