A rain delay is something you might expect at a baseball game, but that's basically what happened at last night's Nets game at Barclays Center.
The roof in the arena sprung a leak late in the first quarter.
Workers put towels and a trash can on the court to catch the falling water as most of the players returned to their locker rooms.
The delay lasted about a half hour.
According to the Barclays Center Twitter page, the delay was caused by a water leak due to the installation of a new green roof. Arena officials say they've taken all the necessary steps to fix the problem.
There were no further delays.
Miami won the game 95-91.
