After one season in Brooklyn, Jason Kidd is officially finished as Nets head coach.

Kidd is going to Milwaukee to become the Bucks' new head coach.

In return, the Nets will get Milwaukee's second-round draft picks in 2015 and 2019.

Kidd's move follows reports that the Nets denied his request to take on a bigger front office role with the team.

His first season as an NBA head coach ended with him taking the Nets to the second round of the playoffs.

The Nets say their search for his replacement will begin immediately. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
