Rafael Nadal won the French Open for the ninth time Sunday.

The top seeded Spaniard defeated second seeded Novak Djokovic in four sets today in Paris.

It was a hard-fought match with both players used ice-filled towels to cool down throughout, and Djokovic appearing to get sick in the fourth set.

The Serb double-faulted on the Championship Point to seal it for Nadal, who has now won five French Open titles in a row.

He's also the reigning U.S. Open champion.
