Jackie Robinson's Rookie of the Year award has sold for more than $400,000 at auction.

Robinson won the award in 1947, the year he broke baseball's color barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers.

Lelands Auction House says the trophy was sold to an anonymous buyer this past Friday.

The award also came with a letter from Robinson's widow Rachel.
