The Mets hope to bring the momentum of winning the first two games of the Subway Series with them as play shifts to Yankee Stadium Wednesday night.

With the Yankees leading 1-0 in the bottom of the ninth in Tuesday night's game, David Wright tied the game with an RBI single off Yankee closer Mariano Rivera.

Lucas Duda followed with another single off Rivera, scoring Wright and lifting the Mets to a 2-1 win.

It was Rivera's first blown save and first loss of the season.

Tuesday night marked what is likely Rivera's final regular season trip to Citi Field before his planned retirement, although baseball's all-time saves leader is likely to pitch in July's All-Star game.

Jeremy Hefner goes for the Mets Wednesday night against the Yankees' David Phelps.

First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
