In a must win situation Monday night for the Brooklyn Nets they defeated the Chicago Bulls to force a Game 6 and keep their playoff hopes alive.

After a colossal collapse late in the fourth quarter in game four, the Nets were able to fend off another Bulls comeback in Game 5 at home in Brooklyn.

Joe Johnson hit a couple big shots late to break up Chicago's momentum.

Gerald Wallace sealed it with a big three followed by a steal and crowd-pleasing dunk.
The Nets would go on to win it 110-to-91.

Center Brook Lopez lead the way for the black and white with 28 points accompanied by 10 rebounds. Guard Deron Williams also contributed a double-double, scoring 23 points and dishing out 10 assists.

Bulls Guard Nate Robinson scored 20 points to lead his team.

The Bulls now lead the series 3-2.
