The New York Knicks defeated the Boston Celtics in a 90-76 win Friday night, taking a 3-0 lead in the series.
It was the Knicks' first road playoff victory in 12 years.
The Knicks' rout was led by Carmelo Anthony, who scored 26 points. Point Guard Raymond Felton contributed a double-double, scoring 15 point and dishing out 10 assists.
But it was defense that won the game for the Knicks, who racked up 14 steals, 5 of which came from Pablo Prigioni.
J.R. Smith was ejected late in the game for elbowing Jason Terry face.
The Celtics were led by Forward Jeff Green who scored 21 points.
Game 4 will be on Sunday at 1 p.m.
