The Nets are trying to jump out to a commanding lead in their playoff series versus the Chicago Bulls with a win in the Barclays Center tonight.

The Nets opened with a bang in their first playoff game in Brooklyn, dominating Chicago from start to finish in a 106-89 victory on Saturday.

"They're probably feeling like they got their back against the wall, and that's how we have to play," guard Deron Williams said. "We have to play like this is a must-win game for us. Game 2, we can't let them come in here and steal one from us."

"At the end of the day it's just basketball, you know, everybody in this room has been playing basketball since they were young," guard Joe Johnson said. "There's no need to put any added pressure on ourselves because it's the playoffs. We just need to come in night in and night out and try and put on the best performance as possible."

Now they have got the chance to put the Bulls in a 2-0 hole heading back to the windy city.

"We're not going to put 106 up there and put up whatever we put up in the first half up there -- it'll be a war," interim head coach P.J. Carlesimo said. "We've got one game, which I'm not making light of at all, it's extremely significant, but we've got to find a way to get three more. Each game will be different."

Game 3 will be on Thursday in Chicago.
