Tickets are set to go on sale Wednesday morning for the first-ever National Hockey League game to be played at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
The arena announced it will host a preseason game between the Islanders and New Jersey Devils on September 21.
Tickets for the game will go on sale next Wednesday morning.
Islanders and Nets season ticket holders as well as American Express cardmembers will get pre-sale access starting Thursday.
In October, the Islanders announced that they would make Barclays Center their new home beginning with the 2015-2016 hockey season.
A pre-season game between the Islanders and Devils was scheduled for last September, but was canceled due to the NHL lockout.
Also, fans at Barclays now have a delicious new way to sink their teeth into the Nets' biggest rivals.
The kitchen at the 40/40 Club at Barclays has started serving what they call "enemy food," or snacks from competitors' cities.
When the Nets play Philadelphia the 40/40 Club will serve cheesesteaks.
When the home team plays the Memphis Grizzlies, the club will serve barbecue.
Barclays officials said sales are up 25 percent since the promotion started in January.
For those who are not on board with the "enemy" foods, the club still sells Brooklyn-only fare like Junior's cheesecake.
