New York Jets quarterback Greg McElroy will not start the team's season finale in Buffalo Sunday because he suffered a concussion in last weekend's game against San Diego.

Making his first career start, McElroy was sacked 11 times by the Chargers.

Mark Sanchez will start for the team Sunday.

He was benched last week after committing five turnovers in a game against the Titans.

Once again, Tim Tebow is being passed over.

Last week, Tebow admitted being disappointed at not getting the start against the Chargers.

Ryan said he picked Sanchez because the team doesn't have much time to prepare for the game.
