Yankees outfielders Nick Swisher and Raul Ibanez are headed west.

Swisher tweeted Sunday morning that he is "coming home" to play with the Cleveland Indians.

The 32-year-old first baseman, who was born in Columbus, Ohio is rumored to have agreed to a four-year, $56 million contract, pending a physical.

Cleveland reportedly used Swisher's home town roots to convince him to sign.

Swisher batted .272 with 24 home runs last season with the Yankees, but struggled in the postseason, hitting just .162 with seven RBIs.

Ibanez, 40, has reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the Mariners worth nearly $3 million.

The left fielder became a fan favorite with several key homers during the Yankees' playoff run this year, including blasts in Game 3 of the division series that tied the game and then won it for the Bronx Bombers. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
