Just a day before the Senate Judiciary Committee votes on the confirmation of Judge Sonia Sotomayor for the Supreme Court, the committee's top Republican says she won't get his vote.

United States Senator Jeff Sessions announced his decision in an opinion piece in USA Today.
The Alabama Republican says Sotomayor was unable to convince him that she'll steer away from what he calls "judicial activism."
The Senate Judiciary Committee votes on the Supreme Court nominee tomorrow.
Two other Republican committee members have said they will not vote for the Bronx native. But Sotomayor is expected to be supported by five Republicans.
With a large Democratic majority, Sotomayor is expected to have more than enough votes when the full Senate votes. That could come as early as next month.
