As NY1 News revisits its 20-year history, the station looks back at reporter Milanee Kapadia's April 12, 2007 story on the fallout from the firing of radio shock jock Don Imus over comments he made about the Rutgers University women's basketball team.
NY1 FOLLOW-UP: Don Imus filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against CBS that was settled out of court. And just a year after his firing, he was back on the radio with "Imus In the Morning," which is nationally syndicated and also simulcast on the Fox Business Network.
