NY1 VIDEO: As NY1 News revisits its 20-year history, the station looks back at reporter Bobby Cuza’s February 18, 2010 piece about Bernard Kerik, the city’s former top cop who became a convicted felon after he was slammed with tax fraud charges.

NY1 FOLLOW-UP: In April 2011, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan upheld Kerik's sentence, rejecting his claim that the judge was biased against him. Kerik is currently in a medium-security prison in Maryland and is set to be released in October 2013.
