NY1 VIDEO: As NY1 revisits its 20-year history, the station looks back at reporter Arthur Chi'en's June 27, 2000 coverage of the controversy surrounding New York Apple Tours, the double-decker tour bus company that was caught lying about the age of its fleet to skirt emission laws and employing unlicensed drivers, one of whom was operating a bus that struck and killed a Manhattan man.
