Police are looking for a man who they say has pulled off a string of bank robberies in Manhattan.

Investigators say James Walton has robbed at least seven banks since March 6th.

A surveillance photo was taken Monday during the most recent incident at a Capital One bank on Broadway.

Police say in each case, Walton hands a note to the teller demanding cash, and then runs off with the money.

Walton is accused of robbing two other banks last week, one on Fifth Avenue and one on Third Avenue.

He's also suspected for robbing four other banks in March.

Additionally, investigators say Walton is wanted in connection with an attempted robbery in 2011.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
