He is joined by Tom Robbins, the first Investigative Journalist in Residence at CUNY, along with two of his former students who worked on the project, Paul DeBenedetto and Tamy Cozier, along with Harold Shultz, a former deputy commissioner at the city's Department of Housing Preservation and Development, who is now a senior fellow at the Citizens Housing and Planning Council.
