NY1 VIDEO: Inside City Hall's Errol Louis introduced two city employees who won public service awards from the Fund for the City of New York last week — Phil Weinberg, who is the principal of the High School of Telecommunication Arts and Technology in Brooklyn, and Sarah Carroll, the director of preservation of the city's Landmarks Preservation Commission, along with Mary McCormick, the president of the Fund for the City of New York, who gave out the awards.
