NY1 VIDEO: Inside City Hall’s Errol Louis hosted a debate about Governor Andrew Cuomo’s proposed pension reforms. The supporters were Carol Kellerman, the executive director and CEO of the Citizens Budget Commission and Kathryn Wylde, the president and CEO of the Partnership for New York City. On the opposite side were Lillian Roberts, the executive director of the city's largest municipal union, District Council 37, and James Parrott, the deputy director and chief economist of the Fiscal Policy Institute.
