City comptroller-elect Scott Stringer rolled out his transition team on Monday.
The 17-person committee will help develop a policy agenda for Stringer.
Notable members include former longtime city Comptroller Harrison Goldin, former head of the NAACP, Benjamin Jealous, and Kathy Wylde, the president of the New York City Partnership.
Stringer said diversity is key to the team's success.
“They come from all walks of life, from business, labor, government, civil rights, finance and tech. As a group, they are deep and diverse as New York itself. We promised during the campaign to build the finest comptroller’s office that this city has ever seen. And today, we begin to deliver on that promise,” Stringer said from the Talking Transition tent in SoHo.
