The point man for Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s hurricane recovery plan is leaving City Hall.

Seth Pinsky, the president of the city’s Economic Development Corporation for the past five years, will now be an executive vice president at RXR Realty.

Pinsky is credited with helping to create the Cornell Technion campus on Roosevelt Island, as well as redevelopment projects at the Kingsbridge Armory, Coney Island and Willets Point.

Most recently, Pinsky was in charge of rebuilding efforts after Hurricane Sandy.

The mayor already tapped Kyle Kimball, the agency's executive director to be the new EDC president. ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
