A teenage driver who was charged with hitting and killing a 4-year-old girl on the Upper West Side earlier this month has been granted bail.
Franklin Reyes, 17, seen above, faces eight charges, including manslaughter and two counts of assault, in connection with the death of Ariel Russo.
Prosecutors say Reyes hit and killed Ariel with his SUV on June 4.
This was the third time his attorneys asked for bail.
It was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Ariel's grandmother, who was severely injured in the crash, was released from the hospital on Wednesday.
The Russo family filed a $20 million lawsuit against the city, EMS and the NYPD because they say it took too long for an ambulance to reach the scene of the accident.
Reyes is due back in court on August 7.
