In a rare unanimous vote, lawmakers are restoring funding for programs for the disabled that had been cut from the state budget.

The measure means $90 million will be restored to the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.

The Assembly passed the measure Monday, with every member signing as a co-sponsor for the first time in the history of the legislature.

The Senate approved the measure Tuesday.

The cut was proposed in March,- but advocates for the disabled lobbied hard to get the money restored.
