Police say the Texas woman allegedly behind the ricin-laced letters sent to Mayor Michael Bloomberg and President Barack Obama implicated her husband to the FBI.

Shannon Richardson, 35, is charged with mailing a threatening communication to the president, a charge alone that carries up to 10 years in prison.

Richardson, a pregnant mother of five, is an actress with minor roles on television shows and movies to her credit.

She implicated her husband Nathaniel to the FBI, but investigators found inconsistencies in her story before she admitted her role.

Authorities say Richardson confessed to sending the letters, but still says her husband typed them and made her send them.

His attorney said the couple is divorcing and the letters were a setup.
