The latest campaign finance filings are in, and City Council Speaker Christine Quinn leads the pack of Democrats when it comes to raising funds for the upcoming race for mayor.
Quinn raised $520,000 over the last two months.
That puts her ahead of William Thompson, who raised $340,000, Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, who raised $267,000, and John Liu, who raised $105,000.
The top Republican fundraiser over that time period was former MTA Chairman Joe Lhota, who raised $730,000.
Adolfo Carrion, who is expected to run on the Independence Party line, raised $250,000.
Businessman John Catsimatidis spent about $275,000 of his own money.
And former Congressman Anthony Weiner spent more than $100,000 on polling and rent.
There is no word on whether Weiner plans a run for office.
