A new date has officially been set for the fraud trial of City Comptroller John Liu's former campaign treasurer and fundraiser.
Judge Richard Sullivan ordered the trial of Jenny Hou and Oliver Pan to begin on April 15.
It was pushed back after Pan was involuntarily committed for mental health reasons.
Pan’s doctor told the court he will be competent to stand trial, but will need inpatient treatment for the "foreseeable future."
The trial was supposed to start this week.
Liu is running for mayor.
