The last of the eight soldiers accused of bullying a private, who committed suicide because of it, is facing dismissal from the Army.

Military officials have asked that Lt. Daniel Schwartz be discharged.

But the Army Human Resources Command has final say.

Manhattan native Danny Chen shot himself in October 2011 while serving in Afghanistan after allegedly enduring continuous hazing from other troops.

Five soldiers received prison sentences and two were demoted.

Chen was 19 years old.
