Gov. Andrew Cuomo has fired his Director of Emergency Management.

Steven Kuhr reportedly had a Suffolk County utility crew remove a fallen tree from the driveway of his own Long Island home during Sandy.

Kuhr, who made $153,000 a year, was up in Albany at the time, just after the storm hit the northeast.

Cuomo's decision comes after he harshly criticized utility companies for their lack of speed in restoring power across the state.
