The U.S. Attorney filed a motion Tuesday to revoke bail for former State Senate Majority Leader Pedro Espada Jr., saying the disgraced politician has continued to "improperly" use funds from his Bronx health clinic, and play a role in its affairs.
Both would violate a condition of Espada's supervised release.
A hearing has been scheduled for Friday and a judge has frozen an account in Soundview's name.
Espada was convicted of stealing half a million dollars from Soundview Health Clinic back in May.
